In the heart of the historical centre of Faro, we present the ultimate Algarvian gastronomic experience. The first stop will be at the local market, where you will be guided by a chef explaining what and how to choose the best daily products to cook one of the most renowned traditional dishes - the Cataplana. Later, take part in the “How to cook a Cataplana” workshop in a private area of a local restaurant guided by the house chef.
